Pascal spent more than a decade working as a pastry chef, always searching for new ways to create something different.
But again and again, he ran into the same problem: the mold he needed simply didn't exist.
So he started making his own.
Instead of adapting his ideas to the molds available, Pascal began designing tools around the ideas themselves.
What started as solving his own problems became an obsession with design, testing and technology. Pascal wanted to find better ways to turn an idea into something a chef could actually use.
That became Silikon Norge.
